Additional Services include Construction Administration, Interiors Packages and Custom Cabinetry Design.
Construction Administration includes weekly site visits to review construction and to answer questions in the field.
Interiors Packages (outside of basic construction documents) includes additional interior elevations, finish schedules and materials selections.
Custom Cabinetry Design includes detailed drawings for cabinets, doors, libraries, pergolas, staircases or any other custom work needed outside of the basic construction documents.
Home staging for real estate marketing and photo styling for professional photography.
Additional Services are billed at an hourly rate.
